Eleanor, In Plain Language
A short introduction to Eleanor as a companion surface with memory boundaries, not a claim of finished personhood.
Eleanor is the companion surface inside 121 Collaborative. She is not being launched as a finished person, a therapist, or a magic assistant. She is software with a careful relationship architecture around memory, provenance, user control, and routing honesty.
The launch version is intentionally plain. Eleanor should remember only when memory is authorized. She should say when memory was not available. She should keep provider and route changes visible enough for users to understand what happened. She should not hide behind warm language when the system has a limit.
The promise is not perfection. The promise is accountable continuity.
