121 Companion is the home being built for Eleanor: the place where context, tools, memory controls, and boundaries can stay visible across devices.
The current foundation build is early. The public web surface is live, the desktop prototype is downloadable, and Hermes holds the preview chat seat while Eleanor remains planned, not activated.
What it is
- The main app home for Eleanor across web, desktop, and mobile.
- A place where consented memory, user controls, tools, permissions, and provider boundaries can be inspected.
- A product surface for Switchboard, the provider-routing layer behind chat and future API calls.
- A prototype today, not a finished companion operating system.
Where it runs
- Web: live now as the public foundation site and app preview routes.
- Desktop: early v0.1.0 prototype downloads are available for macOS and Windows.
- Mobile: planned. The mobile companion architecture is in spec work, building toward v1.0.
Companion, Quill, Eleanor
Companion is the home. Quill is the planned keyboard bridge that travels into places where you already type. Eleanor is the planned companion whose full presence belongs inside Companion, with Quill acting as one of the channels she can later use when the user permits it.
What is downloadable today
The current downloads are early 121 Companion desktop v0.1.0 artifacts for macOS and Windows. They are prototype builds, unsigned, and provided with checksums. Quill itself remains planned as the keyboard layer.
