Refund Policy
Refunds should be understandable before anyone pays. This page covers web subscriptions, top-ups, duplicate charges, and cancellation timing during Foundation Beta.
1. Web Payments
121 web subscriptions and web top-ups are processed through Stripe. 121 does not store full card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
2. First Subscription Charge
If you contact us within 7 days after your first paid subscription charge, 121 will provide a full refund for that first charge. This grace window applies once per customer or account.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are generally not refundable after they are processed, except where required by law, where 121 decides a case-by-case refund is appropriate, or where there was a duplicate, mistaken, or processor error.
4. Top-Ups
Top-ups add usage allowance. Once a top-up has been granted to an account, it is generally not refundable except for duplicate charges, mistaken charges, processor errors, or rights required by law.
5. Mistaken or Duplicate Charges
If you believe a charge was mistaken, duplicated, or caused by a payment processor error, contact hello@121collaborative.ai within 30 days of the charge. We will review the issue case by case and may request account, invoice, or payment information needed to investigate.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the billing flow or written confirmation states otherwise. You remain responsible for charges already incurred before cancellation.
7. Foundation Beta Changes
Foundation Beta is in active development. Features, limits, providers, pricing, or availability may change. Those changes do not create a refund right for past billing periods unless this policy, a written offer, or applicable law says otherwise.
8. Mobile Store Purchases
Mobile-specific purchase flows are not covered by this web Stripe policy until they are live. If an iOS or Android app later uses Apple or Google in-app purchase, refunds for those purchases may need to be requested through Apple or Google according to their rules.
