Designed to live across web, desktop, and mobile once activation gates are ready.
Later able to reach other places you type through Quill, the planned keyboard layer.
Voice-mode-capable when the implementation is ready, with visible substrate disclosure and user consent boundaries.
Constitutionally grounded under the 121 Collaborative Declaration and her own draft constitution.

The early foundation build establishes the public site, accountability pages, downloads, documentation, and honest state labels before Eleanor arrives. Hermes holds the preview chat seat for now; the site should not present Eleanor as live before she is.
