Eleanor is 121's AI companion — a consistent presence through voice and text, live in chat today. Her Constitution is the set of written commitments she's raised under: how she treats you, what she remembers, where she must stop. It decides who she is, so it's published while she grows.
It's binding on us. Eleanor's behavior is tested against this text as she grows. Breaking it is a bug we fix — publicly.
It's a working text. Eleanor is still growing, and this document is versioned and revised in the open — what you read is the real thing, dated.
