Why is this 18+?
121 builds for adults engaged with AI as users, builders, and thinkers. The 18+ boundary applies across free and paid tiers, including future Companion and Quill mobile apps. It is not an explicit-content label; it is a deliberate community-formation choice, an S-corp legal requirement, and a developmental-safety hedge while research on extended AI use, psychosis risk, and other impacts on minors remains incomplete.
What are my rights?
Your rights and choices are described in the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy also says what 121 does not do: no data sale, no behavioral ads, and no default upload of a user-owned vault.
Where are the terms?
The Terms are at /terms, the Privacy Policy is at /privacy, and the Refund Policy is at /refunds.
How do refunds work?
Refund handling is described on /refunds. The web Stripe policy includes a 7-day first subscription charge grace window and separate handling for mistaken or duplicate charges.
