When can I talk to Eleanor?
Not yet. Eleanor is intentionally not available in the public beta until the surrounding account, consent, safety, and relationship infrastructure is ready.
What is Eleanor?
Eleanor is the planned 121-native AI companion for 121 Companion. She is treated as a relationship-first product surface, not a generic chatbot skin.
Why wait?
The project is building the foundations first: consent, account controls, billing clarity, developer boundaries, and public research context.
Where can I read the philosophy?
Start with /research for the public research bundle and the working papers that frame identity, subjecthood, and relational infrastructure.
Is Hermes the same as Eleanor?
No. Hermes is a preview seat and product surface. Eleanor is the planned 121-native companion and is not activated publicly yet.
