How do I update my email?

Email updates are handled through account and auth settings. During Foundation Beta, contact hello@121collaborative.ai if the self-serve flow does not cover your case.

How do I update my display name?

Open /app/account, edit the display name field, and save settings. The display name is used for account personalization.

How do I delete my account?

Open /app/account/delete, re-enter your account email, choose a reason, and confirm deletion. The flow is intentionally deliberate.

What happens to my data when I delete?

The account deletion flow cancels active Stripe subscriptions, attempts to remove the Stripe customer, deletes the Supabase auth user, cascades account-linked application rows, and keeps a minimal deletion log needed for operational accountability.

Can I export my data?

A fuller export/import surface is planned. User-owned vault files remain in your own storage unless you intentionally send them to a 121 feature. For now, contact hello@121collaborative.ai if you need help with a Foundation Beta account record.
